(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
As of: 30 April 2026
1. Scope of Application and Contracting Parties These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and Förderverein des OT86 Wetzlar e.V., Am Deutschherrenberg 37, 35578 Wetzlar, for the purchase of tickets and participation in the event “41 INTERNATIONAL & Tangent Club International AGM & Agora Club International HYM 2027” in Hamburg. By submitting your order, you accept these terms and conditions as binding.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Ticket Purchase By clicking the button labelled “Book Ticket” (or an equivalent clearly labelled button in accordance with Section 312j (3) of the German Civil Code [BGB]) in the Organizer’s online shop, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The contract is concluded only when the Organizer confirms your order by email. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide untruthful or incomplete information during the checkout process, making the processing of the order impossible.
3. Payment Processing Payment shall be processed via the payment service providers selected during the ordering process. The total amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Right of Withdrawal Because the event “41 INTERNATIONAL & Tangent Club International AGM & Agora Club International HYM 2027” constitutes a service related to leisure activities provided on a specific date, no statutory right of withdrawal applies pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Your order is therefore binding immediately upon our confirmation and obligates you to accept and pay for the ordered tickets.
5. Transferability Tickets are personalized and non-transferable. Commercial resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, passing on tickets at a price higher than the original face value is not permitted. In the event of a breach of these provisions, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event without compensation or refund.
6. Retention of Title and Set-Off The Organizer retains title to the purchased items until full payment of the invoiced amount has been received. You are only entitled to set off counterclaims against claims of the Organizer if your counterclaims have been legally established by a final court judgment or are undisputed and recognized by the Organizer.
7. Safety, House Rules, and Expulsion from the Event The safety of all guests is our highest priority. The house rules (Hausrecht) during the event are exercised jointly by the Organizer and the venue operator. Instructions given by event personnel, in particular security staff, must be followed at all times. We expressly reserve the right to expel individuals from the event who are heavily intoxicated, harass or endanger other guests, or violate applicable German law. Any such expulsion applies to the entire event and does not entitle the expelled party to any refund of the ticket price.
8. Limitation of Liability The Organizer is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for fraudulent concealment of defects, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. Liability for damages arising from a breach of guarantee is likewise unlimited. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations) caused merely by slight negligence, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Otherwise, liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded. To the extent that the Organizer’s liability is excluded or limited under the preceding paragraphs, this also applies to the personal liability of its vicarious agents and legal representatives.
9. Event-Specific Risks The Organizer expressly informs you that high sound pressure levels and intense lighting effects (e.g., stroboscopic lighting) may occur during the event. We accept no liability for any resulting health impairments or damages—such as hearing loss or adverse reactions to optical stimuli. It is your own responsibility to take appropriate protective measures (such as wearing hearing protection).
10. Data Protection Information regarding the processing of your personal data does not form part of these GTC, but is set forth in our separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details how your personal data is processed and protected, and it is accessible at any time on our website at www.wmhamburg2027.com.
11. Final Provisions The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision shall apply whose effects come closest to the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
